Returns

If you have received any damaged items or if there are missing parts, we would be more than happy to make it right by providing free replacement parts. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.

 

Our return policy is as follows:
  • we accept returns for unopened and unused products 14 days after the date they are received by you. 
  • Prior to shipping a return to us, obtain a return authorization by contacting us.
  • you are responsible for return shipping charges. 
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned order
  • Package the product you are returning thoroughly, so it will arrive undamaged. Items damaged during return shipment due to insufficient packaging may be assessed additional fees prior to the refund being processed.
